Northwest Newcomers 9-10th Grade Meet @ Arbor View HS  3:30pm start

This meet is open to ALL of your first year track athletes regardless of grade, but please use your best judgement when entering Jrs & Srs. There will be no awards or team scores at this meet. It will only serve the purpose of getting your first year athletes the experience of how a meet is ran.

We are running all events except relays, again NO relays.  Meet will start at 3:30 with the boys 110m HH.

Athletes will get 3 attempts in the throws.

We will have a 60min open pit LJ and 60min for the TJ, 3 jumps each.

Pole Vault will open at 5'6" and we will run the boys & girls together, moving the bar up 6" at a time.

High Jump will open at 4'0" for girls and 5'0" for boys, and will go up 2" at a time.
